How do credits work?
Credits are your campaign currency. When you create a campaign, you allocate credits from your balance. As creators post and views come in, credits are deducted at your set cost per view. Unused credits stay in your account indefinitely.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready — whether that's tomorrow or six months from now.
What's the minimum campaign budget?
There's no minimum per campaign. You can allocate as little as $50 to test a campaign, or put your entire balance behind a single push. Most brands start with $100–$500 per campaign.
What cost per view should I set?
Typical rates range from $0.003 to $0.008 per view. Lower rates attract fewer creators but stretch your budget further. Higher rates attract more creators and faster results. We recommend starting at $0.005 and adjusting based on performance.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 90 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee. After 90 days, credits remain in your account indefinitely but are non-refundable.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you pay for credits is the price you pay. No platform fees, no monthly charges, no per-campaign fees. Credits are the only cost.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
You can buy additional credits at any time. If you started with Starter and want Growth-level features, simply purchase the Growth package. Features upgrade automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers via Stripe. Enterprise clients can pay via invoice.
