Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Giga Influence: your account and workspace, how you may use creator information, the search and profile allowances, and the limits of what we promise.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Giga Influence for using gigainfluence.com and the Giga Influence app (together, “the service”). “We” means Giga Influence; “you” means the person or organisation using it. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the creator information in the catalog.

The preview

Giga Influence is in a pre-launch preview. The catalog holds real creators’ public Instagram profiles and posts, collected and refreshed by our own data pipeline. It’s a growing selection, not every creator, and every figure shows when it was observed. TikTok, YouTube and X aren’t in the catalog yet.

Features, limits and the catalog will change as we build. Some parts may be unavailable or behave differently from one week to the next.

Who may use the service

The service is for agencies, brands and the people who work for them. You must be able to form a binding contract. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account and its security

You sign in with a code we send to your email address, so keep that email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us at contact@gigainfluence.com.

Give us an email address you control, and keep it up to date. One person per account: don’t share sign-in codes.

Workspaces, brands and roles

Work happens in a workspace, set up for an agency or for a brand. A workspace holds brands, and each brand keeps its own lists. Members have a role (owner, admin, manager, contributor or viewer) and access to some or all of the workspace’s brands.

  • Workspace owners and admins decide who joins, what role they have and which brands they can see. They’re responsible for inviting only people who should have access.
  • What members add to a workspace, such as lists and the creators it has viewed, belongs to that workspace and stays with it if a member leaves.
  • Share an invite link only with the person you mean to invite.

Using creator information

The catalog describes creators who haven’t joined Giga Influence and haven’t agreed to work with you or with us. You may use what you find to discover, assess and shortlist creators for your own or your clients’ marketing. You agree that you won’t:

  • use it to harass, stalk, profile or discriminate against anyone;
  • send spam, or contact creators in a way that breaks the law where you or they are, including marketing and privacy law;
  • sell, publish or hand over the catalog, or large parts of it, to anyone outside your workspace and its clients;
  • say or imply that a creator has endorsed you, us or a brand because they appear in the catalog;
  • republish creators’ profile photos or post images. They belong to the creators: view them in the service and in reports you print for your own or your clients’ work.

When you export creator information, for example to CSV or a printed report, you’re responsible for how you use and protect that copy, and for honouring a creator’s request to stop contacting them. Updating or removing a record in the catalog doesn’t change copies you’ve already exported.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy or download the service or catalog in bulk by automated means, or try to rebuild it;
  • get around limits, roles or brand access, or reach data you aren’t meant to see;
  • probe, overload or disrupt the service, or try to break its security (report problems to contact@gigainfluence.com instead);
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

Search pages and profile views

Each workspace has two allowances a usage month, shared by its members. A search page is one page of up to 20 search results; reading a page the workspace already used this usage month is free. A profile view opens a creator’s full page: their popular and partnership posts, collaboration activity, growth and every metric, and a printable report that also gives the date of the data. Opening a creator’s page the workspace hasn’t viewed uses one profile view by itself; members whose role can’t use profile views see only the summary. A profile view is once per creator for the whole workspace, and the workspace keeps it: anyone in it reopens the page, and prints its report, without using another profile view, in every usage month. The Usage page shows what’s left and when it resets.

A viewed page shows our latest data, which changes as we refresh it. A report you print or save keeps the figures it had when you made it. If a creator asks us to remove their record, as our Privacy Policy allows, their page and every profile view of it end, and that view no longer counts toward the month’s allowance.

Metrics describe public activity over a stated sample. They aren’t a promise about how a creator or campaign will perform. Partnership and collaboration activity reflects what a creator’s public posts show, such as the paid-partnership label or a collab with another account; it doesn’t confirm any commercial arrangement. Where something is unknown we show a dash rather than a guess.

Fees

Our prices are on the pricing page, but live payments aren’t switched on yet, so the service doesn’t take payments and the allowances only limit use during the preview. Before we start charging, we’ll update these terms, and you’ll choose whether to sign up for a paid plan.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of what you add, such as workspace and brand names, lists and notes. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to run and support the service for you.

We own the service, its software, design and the catalog as a compilation. These terms give you a right to use them while your access lasts, not ownership.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top, and if a change matters we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account or workspace if it breaks these terms, puts creators, other customers or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you why first.

You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account deleted, write to contact@gigainfluence.com. The sections on creator information, disclaimers and liability keep applying after your account ends.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the catalog is complete, current or accurate, or that it will bring you any result. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Giga Influence isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
