Teams and access
Built for many brands, and many hands.
One workspace for the whole team, with each client's work kept in its own brand and every person given exactly the access they need.

Five roles
Who can do what.
Owners and admins see every brand. Everyone else sees the brands they've been given, and nothing more.
| Role | Can | Sees |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including managing other owners. | Every brand |
| Admin | Everything except changing owners. | Every brand |
| Manager | Searches, lists and unlocks, and adds brands. | Brands they're given |
| Contributor | Searches, lists and unlocks. | Brands they're given |
| Viewer | Reads lists and unlocked profiles; changes nothing and uses no allowance. | Brands they're given |
How access works
A workspace, its brands, its people.
One workspace
Your agency or company. Plans, allowances and members belong to the workspace.A brand per client
Each brand keeps its own searches and lists, so client work stays apart.Access brand by brand
Give a freelancer one client, a manager five, and change it any time.Invite links
Create a link for a teammate's email address with their role. Only that address can accept it.Revoke any time
Revoke an invite until it's accepted, and change a member's role or brands later.Views counted once
A creator viewed for one brand doesn't use another profile view when another brand in the workspace opens them.
How do brands work?
A workspace holds one or more brands. Each brand has its own searches and lists, so work for one client never shows up in another's. The allowances belong to the workspace.
Which roles are there?
Owner, admin, manager, contributor and viewer. Owners and admins see every brand; everyone else sees the brands they've been given.
Can clients see their lists?
Invite the client as a viewer on just their brand: viewers are free, take no seat and never use the allowance. Or export the list to CSV for the deck.
Do viewers use the allowance or a seat?
Neither. Viewers read lists and the creators your workspace has viewed; they can't search or use profile views. Seats are owners, admins, managers and contributors, plus pending invites for them, so inviting a client as a viewer is free.
